Ian Hemphill
Ian Hemphill has spent his life surrounded by herbs and spices, with his parents John and Rosemary Hemphill pioneering the spice trade in Australia in the 1950s. Ian has worked in nearly every aspect of the industry for over thirty years from managing director of the family business to brand manager at Master Foods. He has given lectures, regular television and radio interviews and written articles for such publications as Gourmet Traveller.
With his wife Elizabeth, Ian now enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge and experience with customers at their Rozelle shop, 'Herbie's Spices'.
