Guy Mirabella cooks at his family business Shop Ate Cafe and Store in Mt Eliza, on Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula. A passionate chef and designer, Guy is the author and designer of the highly acclaimed Eat Ate, Pasta e Basta and Mirabella Food. His books are a celebration of ingredients, a feast of fresh beautifully balanced flavours and textures. Guy has also accrued a vast amount of design experience and acclaim over his 25 years as a designer and university design lecturer, wining many design awards for his books.
