Jeremy Oliver is the most influential Australian wine writer to emerge in the last quarter of a century. Australia's foremost wine presenter, he is one of the few international wine writers actually trained in winemaking. He recently celebrated a quarter of a century as a wine critic with the release of the first wine guide written especially for the Chinese market and published in Mandarin. This is his twenty-first book.
